All participants will receive a CD containing the extended abstracts of all the presentations.
 

1. Conference Proceedings: Following the conference, participants will be invited to submit full-length original papers that will be rigorously refereed for publication in special edited collections in the Lecture Notes in Operations Research by World Publishing Corporation (ISTP indexed).
